RETURN POLICY

Returns: Unless otherwise noted, you can return products for up to 90 days from date of invoice if it is in the original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition. Proof of purchase from Eggelhof is required in all instances. Products sold on a “Final Sale” basis as defined below cannot be returned. At Eggelhof's discretion, some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges due to manufacturer agreements.

Final Sale Items. Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (a) custom items; (b) purchases made at clearance pricing; (c) special-order items; (d) items marked in quotations or invoiced as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (e) any other items that Eggelhof may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.


RETURN PROCESS

If you need to return an item purchaed online, contact us to initiate the return process. Please include your order number in the subject line.

ALL RETURNS require return authorization paperwork and will not be accepted by a local branch. Once your return is approved by our e-commerce team:

  • Carefully package your item(s) and include the RMA paperwork.
  • Ship the package(s) using the directions on the RMA paperwork.

Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits are allowed.


CANCELLATION OF IMMEDIATE SHIPMENTS

Most shipments are fulfilled within 24 hours and unable to be cancelled before shipment. If your order is backordered, or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact Customer Service (877) 553-7323 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
